About the company
Our mission is simple: we introduce craft and delight to everyday eating. We believe that eating well should be easy - that food can taste good, feel good, and not break the bank. We take the best ingredients and turn them into delectable meals customers can't help but eat (like a habit).
We're one of the first cloud kitchens in Manila and have served 1 M+ meals through digital-only brands - and we're only getting started. We're looking for bright, passionate folks to help us change the way Filipinos eat.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience using a bandsaw, grinder, slicer, and cutting meat.
- Experienced in Manual and Machine Operated Butchery
- Graduate of an HRM or culinary school program or certificate.
- Good understanding of various ingredients, culinary equipment, and cooking procedures. Knowledge of best practices for operating in a commercial kitchen setting.
- Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and Food Defense
- Willing to work in Pasig (Kapitolyo/Bagong Ilog)
What you'll be doing
- Performing critical day-to-day ops such as taking inventory, stocking stations, preparing ingredients for service, cooking during service, and maintaining the cleanliness of stations and the kitchen.
- Prepares, cuts, blends, tenderizes, measures, and packs goods.
- cuts, trims, bones, ties, and grinds meats for preparation, including fish, chicken, and beef.
- Ensure that the necessary station is available on time and that the station is set up appropriately and on time for each service period.

- Maintaining the highest possible quality and meeting agreed standards for food preparation and presentation are met at all times.
- Supervising the production system and process
- Execution of GOP's and SOP's
- Leads Shift assigned
- Coaching and motivating more junior members of the team - we believe in giving everyone at every level the opportunity to display leadership.
