Job Title: Facilities Attendant/Kitchen Steward

LOCATION: Bagong Ilog, Pasig City

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Ensure & maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of the company's facility at all times, including, but not limited to, restrooms, office areas, hallways, staff lounge, stock room, operations/kitchen floor, parking area, etc.
  • Conduct routine light maintenance and upkeep as required, including, but not limited to; changing accessible light bulbs and clock batteries, resetting clocks, filling/refilling toilet paper/paper towels, emptying mousetraps and other related activities.
  • Clean custodial tools and equipment, inform supervisors of damage or replacement needs, complete and submit all necessary paperwork, records and logs, as required.
  • Follow procedures for chemical use, equipment uses, and cleaning routines.
  • Report any unsafe and/or hazardous conditions.
  • Assists in other departments as needed.
  • Comply with proper work attendance, work performance, proper attitude, and a health disposition towards work.
  • Effectively work with the team and follow orders from superiors.
  • Report or update kitchen tools and/or equipment conditions.
  • Assists management by enforcing performance standards, policies and procedures as they relate to Stewarding operations, monitors uncompromising levels of sanitation in all food production areas
  • To perform all duties and tasks in the assigned station to the standard set
  • Washes pots, pans and traps
  • Supplies dishware to food preparation stations as needed
  • Keeps work area (floor, machine, shelving, carts, ) clean at all times
  • Dedicated to supporting a safe work environment
  • Must be well organized and works well independently part of a team
  • Separate and remove trash and garbage and place it in designated containers
  • Maintain knowledge of sanitation, dishwashing, maintenance, and safety standards
  • Work in a clean, sanitary, safe and organized manner, abiding by all health and safety regulations
  • Conducts deep cleaning according to protocols
  • Cleans and stores pots, pans, and other equipment used by the cooks
  • Responsible for storing chemicals and cleaning products
  • Communicates with other kitchen assistants to ensure that all work is accomplished by team
