  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies and processes that support the overall business objectives of the company and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Oversee performance management activities, including performance appraisals, goal-setting, and development plans.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
  • Administer and manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that they are competitive and aligned with industry standards
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, including orientation programs for new hires
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and policy updates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Calculate and report on employee turnover rates (monthly, quarterly and annually)
  • To onboard and train new hires.
  • Monitor key recruiting metrics such as cost per hire and source of hire and source of hire.
  • Handles Labor and Employee cases
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing DOLE mandated programs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php40,000.00 per month
