MAIN SCOPE:

  • Work closely with line cooks, cashiers, and stock personnel to ensure high-quality and timely food preparation for orders across all sales channels.
  • Maintain the functionality of kitchen equipment, systems, and tools by following established standards and SOPs, including routine cleaning and basic troubleshooting.
  • Uphold food safety and workplace safety protocols throughout all kitchen areas and among staff, in coordination with the Kitchen Head or Operations team.
  • Perform administrative tasks required by the Operations department.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper storage and handling of inventory and orders throughout all stages of fulfillment, with the ability to work across different kitchen stations.
  • Support Kitchen Quality Audits by ensuring all equipment, systems, and kitchen processes are in proper working order.
  • Accurately record inventory usage through internal reporting systems to reduce waste and enhance accountability.
  • Take part in training activities, especially those involving food preparation.
  • Stay informed on food safety and sanitation practices; regularly review kitchen procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic workspace for all staff.
  • Ensure all staff strictly adhere to CQSMA standards (cleanliness, quality, service, maintenance, and atmosphere).
  • Perform other operational tasks as assigned by management.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

  • Enhanced kitchen performance and product quality demonstrated by:
  • Achieving at least a 90% score in Kitchen Quality Audits
  • Limiting complaints to three incidents per shift, with zero food quality issues
  • Raising platform ratings to a minimum of 4 stars
  • Reducing Cooking Time to 15 minutes to boost brand visibility
  • Contribution to sales and transaction growth based on the metrics above, aiming for 300 transactions daily or a 10% increase from the current run rate (whichever is higher).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related fields
  • At least one year of experience in kitchen operations
  • Fresh graduates may be considered if they have specialization in Culinary Arts or Kitchen Operations
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7/365 environment, on shifting schedules, with a 6-day workweek
  • Preference for candidates available for immediate employment
