About the Role

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helper to join a Chinese restaurant located at Four E-Com Center East Tower, Pasay. The ideal candidate should be proactive, fast-paced, willing to learn, and able to support daily kitchen operations in a clean and efficient manner.

This role requires teamwork, discipline, and the ability to assist chefs during food preparation and cooking.

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Kitchen Helper (preferred)
  • Diligent, proactive, and agile
  • No visible tattoos on exposed areas
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Can follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
  • Basic knowledge in frying and kitchen preparation is an advantage
  • Willing to learn additional kitchen tasks and beverage preparation

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, tools, and ingredients
  • Assist with food preparation such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients
  • Fry food and assist the chef with stove cooking when needed
  • Learn and help in preparing simple beverages
  • Follow the chef's directions and support kitchen staff during busy hours
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of food items
  • Dispose of waste properly and maintain a safe working environment
  • Assist in receiving deliveries and organizing kitchen supplies
