Job Overview:

Obic Group of Companies is seeking reliable and motivated Kitchen Staff to support our culinary operations. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for food preparation in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist in preparing and cooking food items according to standardized recipes.
  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
  • Receive and organize deliveries and supplies.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
  • Support all kitchen stations as needed (prep, line, cleaning).
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning checklists.
  • Cooperate with team members and follow directions from the Head Cook or Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work on your feet in a high-volume environment.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
