Job Overview:
Obic Group of Companies is seeking reliable and motivated Kitchen Staff to support our culinary operations. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for food preparation in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in preparing and cooking food items according to standardized recipes.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
- Receive and organize deliveries and supplies.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
- Support all kitchen stations as needed (prep, line, cleaning).
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning checklists.
- Cooperate with team members and follow directions from the Head Cook or Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus.
- Ability to work on your feet in a high-volume environment.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
