Job role

SS Projects

  1. Ensures that the company's procurement policies and procedures is being followed.

  2. Sources vendor and process NDA and initial accreditation requirements prior to sourcing proper for purchase of goods and services.

  3. Assists in facilitating pre-bid conference, product demo, client reference calls, project biddings, etc.

  4. Coordinates schedule and sets meeting to stakeholders and vendors.

SS Renewals

  1. Coordinates and follow ups stakeholder on renewals of each contract.

  2. Assists on creating Terms of Requirements.

  3. Prepares Tender/Renewal Results document.

Other Tasks

  1. Prepare Tender Results, Client Reference Call Results, etc.

  2. Make follow-ups, schedule meetings.

  3. Other tasks that may be assigned.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
