We are looking for a Procurement Associate to join our team. The role will support the execution of day-to-day
Construction Procurement
activities, assist in coordinating bidding processes, and ensure timely and compliant sourcing of goods and services across various project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation and issuance of procurement documents such as RFQs, RFPs, and bid bulletins
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and specifications
  • Facilitate bidding activities and assist in bid evaluations and vendor engagement
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and support SAP transactions and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
    Engineering
    , Supply Chain, Law, or a related field
  • 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain functions
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with SAP is an advantage
