About the role

We are seeking a passionate Procurement Assistant to join our dynamic team at AOP ADVANCE CLEAN TECH INC' in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our procurement and inventory management processes, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing and logistics functions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the procurement of materials, equipment, and other supplies required for construction
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and source the best suppliers and negotiate favourable terms
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimising wastage
  4. Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and liaise with suppliers to resolve any issues
  5. Support the implementation of procurement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance
  6. Provide administrative support, such as preparing reports, managing supplier databases, and maintaining procurement documentation

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a procurement or inventory management role, preferably within the construction industry
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams
  4. Proficient in using procurement and inventory management software, as well as MS Office applications
  5. Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy, with a passion for driving operational efficiency
  6. Relevant qualifications in supply chain management, procurement, or a related field would be an advantage
