Procurement Application Professionals (Associate Consultant to Associate Director)

We are looking for experienced
Procurement professionals with hands-on expertise in procurement applications and digital procurement tools
to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of large-scale
procurement transformation projects
across industries.


Work Setup:
Hybrid –
3x a week onsite in Makati

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support
    implementation and enhancement of procurement applications
    .
  • Manage
    end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P)
    or
    Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
    processes within digital platforms.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to
    gather requirements, design solutions, and configure systems
    .
  • Conduct
    testing, data migration, user training, and post-go-live support
    .
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful
    deployment and adoption
    of procurement systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong background in
    Procurement application implementation or support
    .
  • Hands-on experience with at least one of the following:
  • Coupa
    ,
    Ivalua
    ,
    Zycus
    , or
    SAP Ariba
  • OR
    internal/in-house procurement platforms
    (custom or niche tools used within organizations)
  • Deep understanding of
    S2P/P2P workflows
    , supplier management, and approval hierarchies.
  • Experience in
    client-facing roles
    — requirement gathering, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
  • Familiar with
    ERP integration, data migration
    , or
    workflow configuration
    .
  • Knowledge of
    Agile or Waterfall project methodologies
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Engineering, or a related field
    .
  • Certifications such as
    SAP Ariba, Coupa, PMP, or Six Sigma
    are an advantage.
