Greenhills Metro Manila, Philippines UniDoor Systems Inc. Full time ₱30,000 - ₱60,000 per year

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field (High school graduates or vocational course completers with strong sales experience may also be considered)
  • At least 2 years of proven sales experience in the hardware industry, particularly in opening retail accounts for distributorship
  • Strong knowledge of construction-related products such as doors, steel materials, lighting, fixtures, and similar items
  • Solid B2B sales background, including account acquisition, client sourcing, fieldwork, cold canvassing, product presentations, negotiations, deal closing, and client retention
  • Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Willing to conduct regular fieldwork and client visits
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated, trustworthy, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work on-site in Greenhills, San Juan City

Job Description:

  • Acquires complete and accurate knowledge of uniDOOR products and services.
  • Maintains relationships with current retail customers.
  • Secures documents for the credit line applications of customers.
  • Implements promotional activities.
  • Trains customers' promodizers for them to achieve a level of understanding of uniDOOR products so they can sell effectively.
  • Follows up orders with current retail customers.
  • Prepares Retail Sales Plan – indicating monthly sales targets.
  • Identifies and lists prospective retail customers.
  • Attends to prospective customers – identifies customer needs which can be filled by uniDOOR products, provides brochures and conducts product presentations when needed.
  • Prepares and submits sales quotations to prospective customers, and undertakes activities necessary to secure a Purchase Order/Sales Contract.
  • Ensures the Purchase Orders/Sales Contracts contain all relevant information including product code, quantity, selling price, discounts (if any), delivery dates and location, and terms of payment.
  • Prepares and submit Weekly Retail Sales Status/Accomplishment Report.
  • Keeps himself/herself informed of the status of customer's orders, and makes himself/herself available to respond to any queries/complaints from customers.
  • Practices 5S in the workplace.
  • Safeguards/protects the company's image.
  • Performs other related functions as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
