Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

·       Build trust and confidence with clients

·       Understand and manage responsibilities for client accounts.

·       Participate in client meetings, presenting reports and updates.

·       Maintain open communication with leads, providing project updates and addressing issues.

·       Develop PR communication strategies for clients.

·       Improve the progress of client campaigns.

Client Servicing:

·       Conduct industry and client research for presentations and editorial needs.

·       Monitor news stories relevant to clients and competitors.

·       Collaborate with the media relations team to track  industry developments.

·       Prepare comprehensive publicity reports and share with clients.

·       Cultivate relationships with media professionals through various events.

·       Create media invites for client events and contribute to event planning.

·       Ensure effective event management for client campaigns.

·       Demonstrate creativity in project execution and vendor engagement.

·       Establish connections with industry professionals and influencers.

·       Assist in crafting strategies for client accounts, based on  research and trends.

·       Facilitate regular client meetings and contribute insights.

·       Support the agency in meeting client deliverables.

Qualifications:

·       Ideally, possess a bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.

·       Has exceptional communication and writing skills.

·       A people-oriented personality is highly valued.

·       Curiosity and an inquiring mind are assets that will enhance your contribution to the team.

·       Proven (pre-professional or professional) experience in public relations or journalism.

·       Ability to work under pressure.

·       Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Highly organized with attention to detail.

·       Knowledge of social media trends and best practices.

·       Both fresh graduates and entry-level applicants with 1-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
