We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive (Affiliate Partnerships) to strategically drive lead generation and revenue through the acquisition and management of key affiliate accounts. This role is crucial for expanding the reach of our OFW loan products through performance-based relationships.

Location: Ortigas, Pasig - Full Onsite

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Acquisition: Proactively identify, evaluate, recruit, and onboard high-potential affiliate partners (influencers, bloggers, financial advisors, remittance partners, etc.). Conduct market research for new growth opportunities.
  • Negotiation & Program Design: Create and negotiate strategic commission structures and incentive programs to attract and motivate key accounts.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing accounts through consistent coordination to drive optimal performance and long-term value.
  • Performance Strategy: Execute data-driven affiliate campaigns to increase lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Reporting & Optimization: Regularly utilize tracking platforms and analytics tools to monitor key metrics (e.g., Clicks, Conversions, CPA) and present monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B Sales, affiliate marketing, or business development.
  • Strong background in performance-based marketing strategies and analytics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal marketing and product teams.
