The Role: Sales/Growth Manager (Region 2)

As a
Sales/Growth Manager
, you'll be at the forefront of Chalo's regional expansion, building strong partnerships with bus and modern PUV operators. You'll identify new business opportunities, drive fleet onboarding, and play a vital role in shaping the commuter experience in your region.

This is a dynamic, field-driven role — ideal for someone who loves being on the ground, engaging stakeholders, and making things happen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a
    strategic growth plan
    to onboard bus and modern PUV operators within your region.
  • Build, nurture, and manage a
    robust pipeline
    of potential partners to ensure consistent fleet growth.
  • Conduct
    on-ground market assessments
    to understand operator needs, pain points, and business potential.
  • Negotiate and close
    high-value deals, ensuring smooth onboarding into the Chalo ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — tech, operations, and marketing — to ensure seamless deployments.
  • Stay informed on
    market trends, competition, and regulatory updates
    to refine sales and growth strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least
    3 years of proven experience
    in sales, business development, or partnerships — ideally in
    mobility, logistics, fintech, or tech-enabled sectors
    .
  • Strong
    negotiation and stakeholder management
    skills, with a track record of closing and sustaining partnerships.
  • A
    field-oriented mindset
    — comfortable traveling, meeting clients, and building relationships in diverse environments.
