We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the launch and operations of Moderna. This is a key leadership role with strong growth potential within our expanding group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest experience.
  • Manage P&L, labor costs, and food cost targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate FOH and BOH teams to uphold standards and culture.
  • Implement purchasing, inventory, and supplier management systems.
  • Work closely with the culinary team for consistent menu execution.
  • Support marketing initiatives, events, and brand activations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Report directly to the Group CEO and align with group KPIs.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years management experience in premium casual or upscale dining.
  • Proven financial and operational management skills.
  • Strong leadership and people development ability.
  • Opening-launch experience is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in English; Italian language a plus.
  • Familiarity with wines, cocktails, and modern dining concepts.
  • Salary: ₱50,000 – ₱60,000 net monthly + Service Charge
