JOB SUMMARY

The eCommerce Manager will oversee and grow the company's online sales channels—Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TikTok, and the brand's Shopify webstore. This role is responsible for managing product listings, promotions, sales performance, and customer experience, while also handling day-to-day order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and dispatch. In the startup phase, the role will be hands-on, but as the business and brands scale, the eCommerce Manager will have the opportunity to build and lead an eCommerce team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage product listings, pricing, images, and descriptions across Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and Shopify.
  • Monitor and optimize store performance metrics such as sales, conversion rate, traffic, and ratings.
  • Plan and execute platform-specific campaigns, vouchers, and promotions in coordination with marketing.
  • Ensure all listings meet each platform's guidelines and brand standards.
  • Track competitor activity and recommend adjustments to pricing, promotions, and merchandising strategies.
  • Process incoming orders from all platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
  • Handle picking, packing, labeling, and coordinating with couriers.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by regularly reconciling online listings with warehouse stock.
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager and pickers to ensure smooth operations once the team expands.

Customer Experience

  • Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints on all platforms.
  • Monitor store ratings and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Handle returns, refunds, and replacements in line with company and platform policies.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales, performance, and inventory reports.
  • Analyze sales trends and recommend strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in eCommerce operations with Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TikTok, and Shopify.
  • Strong understanding of online marketplace operations, promotions, and seller tools.
  • Hands-on experience in order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and courier dispatch.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to be hands-on in the early stages and transition to a leadership role as the business grows.

WORKING CONDITIONS
