About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative and General affairs Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring the workplace runs efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, dependability, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing processes
- Oversee building maintenance and coordinate repairs with third-party service providers.
- Maintain and manage office supplies and inventory efficiently.
- Process business permit renewals and related documentation.
- Prepare and set up the gym and conference room for events and activities.
- Assist in organizing office activities and company events.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year course
- At least 1 year of experience in general administration or facilities management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to coordinate with external vendors and service providers effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and google workspace
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically capable of performing tasks such as lifting, carrying, or moving office equipment and materials as needed.
- Outgoing and friendly personality
