About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Admin Officer to join our team. This role requires someone who is organized, dependable, and able to handle a variety of operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing processes
- Oversee building maintenance and coordinate repairs with third-party service providers.
- Maintain and manage office supplies and inventory efficiently.
- Process business permit renewals and related documentation.
- Prepare and set up the gym and conference room for events and activities.
- Assist in organizing office activities and company events.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year course
- At least 1 year of experience in general administration or facilities management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to coordinate with external vendors and service providers effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and google workspace
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically capable of performing tasks such as lifting, carrying, or moving office equipment and materials as needed.
