Admin/Accounting Staff

General Affairs Department responsibilities are assisting jobs mentioned below* and particularly including but not limited to;
Knowledgeable in SSS, HDMF, PHIC, BIR
Knowledgeable in Manual payroll computation
Knowledgeable in basic accounting matters
Know how to communicate with different government agencies (ex. LGUs, SEC, DOLE, etc.,)
Knowledgeable in processing of Daily Time Record (DTR), Leave Credits (SL, VL)
Knowledgeable with basic TAX computations and forms.
Assisting make the Voucher and Invoices
Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents
Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases
Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public
Directing internal and external calls, emails, to designated departments
Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements
Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, note-taking, and travel bookings
Preparing facilities and arranging for events, if required
Observing the best business practices and etiquette
Executing HR related to Philippines laws and regulations
Troubleshoot problems arising internally
Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties
* With 2-3 years of experience in Admin officer/Accounting.
Job Types: Fixed term, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Php18, Php19,800.00 per month
