Rainbows and Butterflies LC is searching for experienced candidates for the position of General Administrator. The following are the list of responsibilities and qualifications for the position:
Key Responsibilites:
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, and general office correspondence
- Serve as the first point of contact for phone calls, emails, and in-person visitors.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including sending invitations, scheduling staff meetings and availability, and preparing meeting materials (agendas, presentations).
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management (both physical and electronic) with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Develop and implement efficient office procedures and filing systems.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Slides) as well as Canva is essential.
- Ability to meet guidelines and work under pressure.
- Proven professional communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
