Our esteemed client, a dynamic outsourcing solutions provider in the Philippines, is looking for an HR Officer. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for end-to-end Human Resources management, including labor relations, employee engagement, benefits administration, recruitment oversight, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will also represent the company in labor-related matters and serve as a key liaison for external regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Labor Relations and Compliance: Represent the company in labor cases and hearings, ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, manage employee grievances, and develop HR policies and manuals.
  2. Benefits and Compensation: Administer government-mandated and company-initiated benefits, support payroll processes, coordinate with vendors, and conduct benefits orientation.
  3. Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the full recruitment process, manage onboarding, ensure recruitment targets are met, and maintain recruitment metrics.
  4. Employee Relations and Engagement: Promote employee engagement strategies, conduct interviews and welfare checks, organize team-building and wellness initiatives, and address employee concerns.
  5. Performance Management and Development: Support performance appraisal systems, collaborate on development plans, and assist in disciplinary procedures.
  6. Records Management: Maintain complete and compliant HR files, ensure data confidentiality, and track contracts and compliance documents.
  7. Other Responsibilities: Participate in internal audits and ISO documentation, act as liaison between staff and management, support organizational development, and handle additional HR tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  1. Education: Bachelors degree in psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years in a generalist HR role, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing sector.
  3. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, DOLE procedures, and HRIS platforms; experience in labor case representation is a plus.
  4. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills; strong organizational abilities; and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  5. Language: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
