Executive Assistant to the Company Owner (Hybrid)
Location:
Bacoor, with branch visits (San Pedro, Biñan, Trece, Imus, Lipa, Angeles)
Schedule:
Mon–Sat, flexible hours
Salary:
₱25,000 – ₱35,000 (depending on experience)
Job Summary:
We're looking for a proactive and trustworthy Executive Assistant to support the Company Owner in managing multiple businesses and household-related tasks. The EA will handle scheduling, coordination, communications, follow-ups, errands, and project assistance. This role requires strong organization, professionalism, and high confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and communications
- Coordinate with branch staff, suppliers, and partners
- Assist in documentation, reports, and follow-ups
- Support marketing coordination and content scheduling
- Handle personal and household-related tasks as needed
- Travel to branches when required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2–3 years related experience (EA/Admin/Coordinator)
- Good communication skills (English & Filipino)
- Proficient in Google Workspace and basic digital tools
- Organized, discreet, reliable, and can work under minimal supervision
Technical & Work Setup Requirements:
- Must have own
laptop
and
stable internet
(min. 10 Mbps, proof required) - Willing to
travel
and run errands when needed - Comfortable with
hybrid
onsite + remote setup
