WHR Global Consulting, a global talent solution provider is looking for a stellar candidate to fill the role of Retail Sales Executive.

Work Deployment Areas: South Paranaque, Alabang, Pasay, Bicutan,Las pinas, Central Pasig, Makati, Taguig and Mandaluyong

Salary range: 23,000 - 28,000

This is for direct hiring and for a full time role.

Duties:

Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, and offer professional guidance.
Educate adult smokers about the product and conduct guided trials to help them make informed decisions.
Assist customers in completing seamless purchase transactions, customization, database registration, and after-sales services.
Provide an excellent customer experience by handling product inquiries, diagnostics, returns, and replacements in line with company standards.
Uphold brand integrity and deliver service aligned with the company’s consumer-centric values.

Job Requirements:

At least college level (undergraduate or graduate).
Confident and charismatic personality with strong customer engagement skills.
Good communication skills in English or Taglish; natural conversational ability.
With experience in customer service, preferably in sales or retail.
Willing to work on shifting schedules and be assigned to any of the listed deployment areas.
