Mission The Company Secretary Executive based in the Philippines will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional corporate services to our clients. Outcomes You will report to the Australia Corporate Secretary Manager and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, timely execution, accurate billing, and strong client relationships. Your role will be key in driving client satisfaction and retention. As a primary point of contact for your clients, you will be approachable and available to address their needs effectively. Additionally, you must be willing to be appointed as a named secretary for clients in your portfolio. You are expected to plan and manage your workload efficiently, delivering services within the agreed scope and timelines. From the outset, you should demonstrate expertise in Australia’s regulatory framework, including but not limited to the Corporations Act, financial reporting requirements regulated by ASIC, and compliance aspects of various company structures. A deep understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives will be essential for success in this role. You will leverage this knowledge to provide tailored support and guidance. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members, offering guidance on complex client matters to ensure issues are resolved effectively and appropriately. Collaboration with key stakeholders will be essential to drive strategic outcomes such as process automation, optimised workflows, exceptional customer service, filing accuracy, statutory compliance, and improved profitability. At all times, you and your team must operate with efficiency and effectiveness, continuously improving processes and knowledge‑sharing. Above all, you are expected to uphold the highest professional standards and maintain strict client confidentiality. Must have experience At least 2 years of experience (or more) in a comparable company/corporate secretary role assisting a number of SME clients. Expert understanding of the Corporations Act 2001 and ASIC/company operational/reporting requirements. High level of accuracy, proactive problem‑solving abilities. Showcase exceptional communication, client service, and time prioritisation skills. Have a track record of success in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, and thrive in a close‑knit, supportive team dynamic. Proficiency in English. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Flexibility to adapt to a fast‑paced and high‑pressure working environment.
