We're looking for Customer Support Associates who are passionate about technology and customer care. In this role, you'll assist UK customers with troubleshooting, account assistance, and product inquiries — while working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Whether you're a tech enthusiast or a newbie eager to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

What You'll Do
  • Provide friendly and professional support to UK-based customers
  • Handle technical, product, or account-related concerns via phone or chat
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers step-by-step
  • Document interactions and ensure accurate information handling
  • Work collaboratively with your team to deliver outstanding service
Qualifications
  • HS/SHS graduate, college level, or college graduate (any course)
  • No experience required – paid training provided
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Conversational level English proficiency required for effective customer communication
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems or tools
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City on shifting schedules (including UK hours)
  • Must be available to work rotating shifts to accommodate UK business hours
