Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Account (Cebu IT Park)

Location: eBloc 3, Asiatown IT Park, Apas, Cebu City

Schedule: Shifting (aligned with US business hours)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Paid Training Provided

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Support US-based healthcare providers, clinics, and patients
  • Perform healthcare-related administrative tasks in accordance with client protocols
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and quality service delivery

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year BPO/Call Center experience (CSR, TSR, or similar role)
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Healthcare or BPO account experience is an advantage but not required
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule aligned with US hours

Work Schedule
