Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Account (Cebu IT Park)
Location: eBloc 3, Asiatown IT Park, Apas, Cebu City
Schedule: Shifting (aligned with US business hours)

About the Role

Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Support US-based healthcare providers, clinics, and patients
- Perform healthcare-related administrative tasks in accordance with client protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and quality service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year BPO/Call Center experience (CSR, TSR, or similar role)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Healthcare or BPO account experience is an advantage but not required
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule aligned with US hours

Work Schedule
