As a Spanish Bilingual Representative, you will serve as the key link between English- and Spanish-speaking clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring clear communication across all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company professionally and courteously in all interactions with clients, patients, and referrals.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish, addressing patient inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to verify information, assist with documentation, and support patient requests.
  • Provide clear explanations of healthcare products, services, and benefits to patients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient and client information, including demographics and documentation.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, physicians' offices, and medical facilities to ensure efficient communication and information accuracy.
  • Support the billing process by documenting and forwarding necessary information to the billing department.
  • Prepare reports and complete documentation in accordance with company standards and compliance requirements.
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties such as data entry, scheduling, and record reconciliation.
  • Carry out additional tasks as needed to support team operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong command of both English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare account, BPO, or customer service environment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility in handling confidential information.
  • Flexibility to work on-site and adhere to U.S. business hours.
