About the Role

As a Spanish Bilingual Healthcare Representative, you'll play a key role in connecting patients, healthcare professionals, and service providers. You'll use your bilingual skills to deliver excellent customer service, manage healthcare-related inquiries, and ensure smooth communication between English- and Spanish-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist patients with healthcare inquiries, service information, and document processing.
  • Coordinate with healthcare offices and providers to verify and relay accurate information.
  • Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support billing and administrative processes as needed.
  • Provide high-quality service in every interaction, representing the company with integrity and care.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) — required.
  • Prior experience in a BPO, customer service, or healthcare account is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and listening skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information.
  • Willing to work on-site during US business hours.
