IT Pre-Sales Engineer

About the Role

Achieve Without Borders Inc. (AWB), a Gold Odoo Partner and trusted ERP solutions provider in the Philippines, is hiring an IT Pre-Sales Engineer.

This role is ideal for ERP specialists as well as IT professionals with pre-sales, consulting, or solutions design experience. If you enjoy engaging with clients, understanding business challenges, and showing how technology can transform operations, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll go beyond standard product demos by analyzing client requirements, designing ERP workflows, and presenting solutions that deliver real business value in sales, CRM, accounting, HR, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales team to qualify prospects and identify business challenges
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client requirements and map ERP solutions
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that highlight business value and ROI
  • Prepare solution proposals that balance client needs with technical feasibility
  • Ensure smooth project handover to the delivery and implementation teams
  • Support client education and marketing through webinars, workshops, and events

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of pre-sales or consulting experience (ERP, CRM, Software, Odoo, NetSuite, or SAP preferred)
  • Strong understanding of business workflows across (sales, accounting, CRM, HR, supply chain, manufacturing or related areas)
  • Ability to explain technical processes in clear, business-friendly language
  • Confident in presenting to executives and managing client objections
  • Strategic thinker who builds trust without overpromising
