Pre-Sales Engineer

The Pre-Sales Engineer supports the sales team by providing technical business-consulting advice to both internal and external customers specifically on Microsoft cloud technologies. Primarily responsible for understanding and identifying the customer's technical, business and financial requirements and translating these to technical requirements in order to recommend and position the assigned product.

Essential Functions:

  • Monitors and ensures the company meets the required certifications.
  • Regularly update sales team on product roadmap.
  • Assist salespeople in creating solutions proposal, configuring and defining final bill of material/s to meet customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years work experience in similar capacity.
  • With technical knowledge on Microsoft cloud, certification is an advantage but not required.
  • Ability to understand and capture technical as well as business requirements of the client.
  • Ability to demonstrate and conduct proof-of-concept activities.
