Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily finance operations
  • Establish, implement and monitor internal controls
  • Ensures that all consolidated financial statements are prepared in accordance with the general accepted accounting principles and continuously evaluates, improves, implements, and monitors key consolidation and reporting processes
  • Prepares, examines, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial report
  • Compiles & analyzes financial information to prepare entries to book of accounts
  • Prepare/ Supervise preparation of schedules for Audit requirements
  • Prepare & submit monthly & annual reports and projections on revenue and P/L statements for analysis
  • Prepares tax and government remittances forms and filling
  • Prepare set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions such as fixed assets, loans, recurring entries and other journal entries
  • Review fixed asset lapsing schedule and lead fixed asset count and reconciliation
  • Supervise the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
  • Payroll processing
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements, leveraging technology to its potential
  • Shall perform other task assigned by Finance Head

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate of a bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
  • With minimum of 4 years related work experience in General Accounting.
  • Preferably with background in Australian booking / accounting.

  • Has exceptional organizational and planning skills, with high integrity and ethical values.

  • Goal oriented with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, good communication skills.
  • Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office especially in Excel.
  • Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig.
