The Accounting Supervisor shall be responsible in overseeing financial operations and reporting activities. Depending on the business need, the successful candidate may be assigned to either:

  • Financial Reporting and Presentation, or
  • Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior management, contribute to strategic decision-making, and gain exposure to large-scale real estate projects

Qualifications

  • BS Accountancy or related course, preferably CPA
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or audit
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR regulations
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting/ERP systems
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
