  • Oversee finance, general accounting and bookkeeping according to local and industry-specific accounting requirements
  • Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, collaborate across various Finance and non-Finance functions effectively and come up with measures to avoid the recurrence of errors and analyze account balances, and implement corrections on erroneous accounts.
  • Prepare management reports on a monthly basis including variance analysis and explanatory narratives
  • Prepares the Report and Documents for Income Tax Return (ITR).
  • Provides support to monthly financial review and analysis, and provides insights on variances against annual plans and forecasts and help resolve issues and follow-ups from financial management reviews and coordinate any adjustments and anomalies noted in the results
  • Assists in providing input and support on the creation of new tools and processes to improve efficiency in Finance / Accounting cycles and managing the annual planning and quarterly operating cost forecasting cycles for supported projects and ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
  • Prepare audit schedules, financial statements, and notes to Financial Statement for review of the auditor, including preparation of attachments to financial statements and handles submission of Audited Financial Statement and Annual Income Tax returns to BIR & SEC.
  • Provide ad-hoc and exceptional financial analysis to complement monthly financial reports and prepare schedules of the quarterly and annual Income tax returns for filing.
  • Review the company's practice and recommend measures to reduce unnecessary tax payments for savings and update and audit stakeholders on applicable tax laws and regulations and provide accounting advice on business decisions made by management whenever asked to.
  • Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.
