Responsibilities

  • Ensure cash transactions of hotel and restaurant are accounted for
  • Ensure petty cash reserves are checked and replenished on time
  • Ensure receivables of hotel and restaurant are billed on time
  • Checks timekeeping of staff
  • Ensure proper recording into Xero of daily transactions
  • Audit transactions in the Hotel
  • Guarantee accurate and timely preparation of inventory and other reports
  • Formulate and analyze financial statements and metrics
  • Ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements

  • Accounting (or related field) graduates
  • Minimum of 2-5 years experience as Accounting Supervisor
  • Experience working in a Hotel or Restaurant setting (optional)
  • Knowledge in bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable and government taxes
  • Team player with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced and exciting environment

Location: Novel Hotel Manila - Taguig

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
