About the Role

A premier wellness and grooming studio, is seeking an
Accounts Receivables (AR) Supervisor
to join its Finance team. The AR Supervisor will directly report to the Department Head and lead a team of three AR Associates. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day AR operations, ensuring accurate billing and collections, and driving process efficiency to support the company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide a team of 3 AR Associates, providing coaching, support, and performance monitoring.
  • Oversee day-to-day AR activities, including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and monitoring of outstanding accounts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of payments and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce overdue accounts.
  • Prepare and analyze AR reports, aging schedules, and cash flow forecasts for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.
  • Support the Department Head in audits, process improvements, and special projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of accounting/finance experience, with 2+ years in Accounts Receivables or credit and collections.
  • Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of AR processes, reporting, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with accounting/ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
