Product Training Manager

- Develop and execute training strategies aligned with business objectives
- Create training content for new products (mobile, accessories, AIoT), sales techniques, and customer service
- Conduct in-store, classroom, or virtual training sessions for promoters and sales teams
- Coordinate with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely training on new launches
- Evaluate training effectiveness through post-training assessments, performance metrics, and feedback
- Support onboarding programs for new hires in retail and sales
Maintain training documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes
Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or product training, preferably in telecom, mobile, or electronics industry
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to create engaging training materials (slides, manuals, videos, etc.)
- Knowledge of mobile phone technology and AIoT is highly preferred
- Proficient in using LMS platforms and MS Office tools
- Willing to travel to different store locations or regions
This is a Monday to Saturday role. Must be able to use own laptop
