Retail Manager

Job Description
- Manage and monitor performance across assigned retail stores or regions
- Develop and implement retail sales strategies to achieve KPIs and targets
- Ensure effective merchandising, product availability, and in-store display standards
- Supervise and coach Retail Store Supervisors and Promoters
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, training, and supply teams to support retail operations
- Handle customer concerns and provide timely resolutions
Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the telco, mobile, or electronics industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of mobile phones, accessories, and AIoT products is a strong advantage
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours as needed
This is an onsite role from Monday to Friday in BGC and Saturdays doing mall visits
