  1. Product Requirement Analysis & Solution Design


• Deeply understand business and operational needs, transforming vague ideas into clear functional

solutions and product architectures.


• Draft Product Requirement Documents (PRD), flowcharts, and user journey maps with strong

logical and structural presentation skills.


• Create page prototypes (low-fidelity or high-fidelity), clarifying interactions, logic, and edge cases

to guide UI design direction.


• Oversee the full process from requirement discovery → structural design → product design →

development collaboration → testing and launch.

  1. Cross-Department Coordination & Project Management


• Act as project lead, coordinating resources across product, engineering, design, operations, legal,

and customer service teams.


• Develop detailed project schedules and phase plans, define milestones, and manage priorities and

resource conflicts.


• Host project meetings, track progress, drive issue resolution, and ensure timely product launches.

  1. Requirement Management & Version Planning


• Assist the Product Director in version planning and demand scheduling, breaking down modules

according to business priorities.


• Manage the requirements backlog and change control processes to ensure development focus and

alignment of goals.


• Track user feedback, technical challenges, and operational issues, updating the product

requirements list in a timely manner.

  1. Product & Operations Collaboration


• Understand operational campaigns, user journeys, and backend logic to support functional

requests or event operations.


• Assist operations teams in using product backend tools such as campaign setup, reward

distribution, and dashboards.


• Support post-launch monitoring of product usage, data review, and provide continuous

optimization suggestions.
