Responsible for overseeing the development, strategy, and life cycle management of the brand's beauty products, the product manager plays a crucial role in bringing new products to market, ensuring their success, and maintaining competitiveness in the beauty industry. Key responsibilities are the following:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand, product development, retail, e-commerce) to develop a cohesive product strategy aligned with the brand's vision and goals.
  2. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend analysis to identify market opportunities and consumer needs.
  3. Define product pricing, features, benefits, and positioning that resonate with the targeted audience.
  4. Spearheads and acts as project manager for new product launches.
  5. Conducts pre-launch market research and post-launch market surveillance to ensure products consistently consumer expectations.
  6. Coordinate with sales and training teams to provide product knowledge and tools to effectively launch, promote, and sell the products.
  7. Engage with back-end operations to monitor and maintain optimum inventory
  8. Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer feedback to evaluate product performance and make data-driven

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

1. At least 2-3 years of experience in the retail or beauty industry

2. Must possess strong understanding of beauty products and the industry including market trends and consumer preferences

3. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry

4. Strong verbal and written communication skills

5. Effective time management

6. Makeup skills is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
