About the role

Are you an experienced HR professional looking to take the next step in your career? Select Goods', a dynamic and rapidly growing retail company, is seeking a talented HR Manager to join our team in our office located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, from recruitment and onboarding to employee development and performance management.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies to support the company's overall business objectives
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding
  • Lead the design and delivery of employee development programs to enhance skill sets and support career growth
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits, compensation, and payroll
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to foster a positive, engaged, and inclusive company culture
  • Provide strategic HR advice and support to the management team

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management, ideally within the retail or consumer goods industry
  • Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
  • Proven track record of implementing successful HR initiatives and driving continuous improvement
  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach to work
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
