Job Title: HR & Training Services Assistant

Job Summary:

The HR & Training Services Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the HR and Training teams, assisting in recruitment, employee records management, training coordination, and day-to-day HR services to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, applicant coordination, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for training programs, including schedules, registrations, materials, and attendance tracking.
  • Coordinate with trainers, employees, vendors, and internal teams for training and HR-related activities.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Prepare HR and training reports, trackers, and basic documentation.
  • Support employee inquiries related to HR policies, training schedules, and requirements.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of HR information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in HR, training coordination, or administrative support (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to learn HR processes and training operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
