HR/Admin Assistant

The HR Admin Assistant will provide essential support to the HR Department while serving as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, students and staff. This role combines administrative, clerical and support functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provides courteous and customer-friendly reception services to students, faculty, guests and external parties. Relays the concerns of students and faculty to the appropriate office.
- Receives attendance reports from the roving guard and encodes the report in the Faculty Attendance Monitoring System.
- Emails the daily, monthly attendance report per academic program to the Payroll Head.
- Follows-up on make-up classes of faculty and submits deduction report to HR Office for unmade-up absences of part-time faculty.
- Support the HRD in the implementation of policies, programs and initiatives including but not limited to: training, employee engagement, attendance & timekeeping.
- Provide general administrative assistance such as filing, document preparation, coordinating meeting schedules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any of the following field: Business Administration, Office Administration, Human Resource Management
- Strong communication skills and attention to details.
- Customer service-oriented, with a friendly and approachable deameanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, receptionist roles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php21, Php23,000.00 per month
