Join Our Team as an ER (Employee Relations) Assistant
The HR Employee Relations Assistant provides essential support in managing employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. This role involves assisting with employee communication, conflict resolution, policy administration, and maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in addressing employee concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement and recognition programs.
- Help coordinate employee relations activities, including investigations and disciplinary procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and resolutions.
- Assist in communicating HR policies and procedures to employees.
- Support managers and staff with HR documentation and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to the development and distribution of employee communications.
- Participate in training sessions and HR initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with HR team members to improve employee relations strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Proven experience in employee relations is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
