JOB TITLE: HR Supervisor
REPORTS TO: HR Manager
JOB SUMMARY:
An HR Supervisor oversees hiring, employee relations, benefits, training, and policy implementation. They also make sure that HR initiatives are in line with business objectives and uphold a productive, law-abiding workplace. In order to maintain efficient departmental operations, they oversee HR personnel and manage daily responsibilities like hiring, onboarding, payroll, and dispute resolution.
Required Qualifications:
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a similar subject.
Experience: At least 5 years as HR Supervisor, with a good foundation in employee training. Supervisory experience and exposure to various HR aspects (e.g., training, performance management, and compliance) are essential.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of labor laws, human resource best practices, and disciplinary processes
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Policy & Compliance: Interpreting and ensuring adherence to company HR policies and labor laws.
2. Training & Development: Managing employee training programs and career growth.
3. Serves as an essential conduit, transmitting company directives to employees and communicating employee requirements to leadership.
4. Manages the the day-to-day, practical operations of the HR division.
5. Responsible for carrying out employee performance reviews and must guarantee that the procedure upholds and safeguards the business.
6. Designs, recommends and implements processes and systems of creative compensation schemes, and overall employee welfare programs and services to maintain an efficient and highly motivated and productive workforce.
