Sales & Admin (Corporate Real Estate)

Licensed Broker or Aspiring Broker Preferred

We're looking for a motivated Sales & Admin (Corporate Real Estate) who is either a Licensed Real Estate Broker or someone working toward becoming one. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong career in corporate leasing and sales while gaining hands-on experience in both sales operations and administrative support.

You'll assist the corporate real estate team in client coordination, documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate schedules, client meetings, and site viewings
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials
  • Manage sales documentation, reports, and lead tracking
  • Communicate with clients, brokers, and internal teams
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, and data entry
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate submission of documents
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Real Estate Broker or Aspiring Broker (currently studying or planning to take the PRC exam)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Experience in corporate real estate is a plus but not required
