About the Role:
As a CBRE Admin Assistant/Finance Analyst, you're responsible in uploading various reports from work order and financial platforms, emailing vendors for information, updating work order system, receiving invoices, running financial reports, preparing meeting agenda, creating purchase orders and updating cost file.
What You'll Do:
- Stakeholder Management - build a strong and effective working relationship with all contract stakeholders
- Work Order Management - processing invoice and purchase orders
- Financial Reporting - prepares various accounting statements, monitoring and updating of budgets
- Vendor Management - vendor documentation using Si7 CMMS platform
- Admin Support - maintaining records, communications and documentations
About you:
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience as admin or finance analyst
- Facilities Management Background preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Has knowledge in CMMS system, webquote, accounting tools, and has basic understanding of finance terms
- Amenable to work on a Dayshift Schedule (8:00AM to 5:00PM)
- Can start ASAP
