The Concessionaire Management Admin Coordinator is responsible for assisting the CMD Supervisor in the efficient operations of the concessionaire business with concerned departments/divisions, internal and external contact relative to administrative support, database management, records management as well as the continued growth of the divisions handled with respect to concessionaires and vendors.

Education

  • College degree of a 4 -year business course or equivalent

Experience

  • At least 1 - 2 years work experience in retail and handling third party companies

Skills & Knowledge

  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to secure and keep confidential information
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and JDA system knowledge
