Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Training Officer located in Pasig. The Training Officer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for employees, assessing training needs, and creating training materials. Daily tasks will include conducting training sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, and continuously updating training programs to meet organizational goals. The Training Officer will also provide support and guidance to employees throughout their training journey.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Training & Development and Employee Training
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Experience in designing and implementing effective training programs
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Communications, or related field
- Certifications in training and development is a plus
