I JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
· Conduct training needs assessments in coordination with HR Specialist, HR Cluster Lead and department heads.
· Align identified training requirements with organizational goals and employee development plans.
· Regularly review training data and performance evaluations to recommend targeted programs.
2. Program Design and Implementation
· Develop and deliver onboarding, compliance, and developmental training programs.
· Create instructional materials, modules, and learning content tailored to various employee levels.
· Schedule and coordinate in-house and external training programs across all divisions.
3. Monitoring and Evaluation of Training Effectiveness
· Implement feedback mechanisms to assess the impact of training programs.
· Track employee performance improvements post-training using defined metrics.
· Recommend adjustments or enhancements to training programs based on feedback and results.
4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Coordination
· Work closely with HR Specialist, HR Cluster Leads and department heads to identify and address L&D needs.
· Partner with external training providers and ensure vendor-delivered programs meet standards.
· Support career development initiatives and succession planning through training interventions.
5. Documentation, Reporting, and Compliance
· Maintain complete and accurate training records, attendance sheets, and certificates.
· Ensure compliance with required certifications, regulatory training, and audit requirements.
· Prepare regular training reports and dashboards for management review.
6. Ensure that the QMS confirms to ISO 9001: 2015.
7. Ensure processes are delivering intended outcomes
8. Report to Top Management on the performance of the QMS; on opportunities for
improvement; on change requirements; on innovations
9. Ensure the promotion of customer focus
10. Ensure the integrity of the QMS is maintained
11. Performs duties that may be assigned or required to by the job from time to time.
II JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
· Certifications or specialized training in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Training Facilitation is an advantage
· At least 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in training, learning and development, or organizational development handled 400 and growing numbers of employees. preferably handled ISO accredited companies.
· At least 1 to 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in handling training programs or L&D initiatives
· Proven track record in training design, facilitation, and program evaluation
· Experience in onboarding, compliance training, and employee development programs
· Familiarity with training needs analysis (TNA) and competency-based development frameworks
· Exposure to e-learning platforms or HRIS with L&D modules is preferred
· Technical Skills:
o Strong skills in customization of training programs per position, training facilitation, presentation, and instructional design
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and learning materials creation
o Ability to evaluate training effectiveness using surveys, assessments, and performance metrics
o Knowledge of adult learning principles and modern training methodologies
o Experience in documentation and compliance for L&D audits and certifications
· Core Competencies:

o Instructional Design & Program Development: Skilled in creating structured learning programs
o Assessment & Analytical Skills: Competent in evaluating training needs and outcomes

o Continuous Learning & Innovation: Keeps up with new trends in learning and development for organizational growth
