The Trainer is responsible for facilitating training for Operations-based employees and implementing industry-leading training programs for J&T Express. He/She is required to assess current training and development systems, develop new training programs, implement measurement tools, and provide feedback. It is also necessary to conduct research to identify specific staff training needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in the field of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
At least 2 years relevant work experience in Training & Development or similar field preferred.
Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
1. Experience developing and conducting instructor-led training, either live or via webcast
Experience in using design tools for instructional materials
Excellent ability in conducting training needs analysis
Ability to work on a deadline set by internal stakeholders
Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
Knowledge & application of adult learning principles in Lesson and curriculum planning skills
Strong interpersonal skills in both client interactions and team interactions and a willingness to interact with clients on a regular basis.
Ability to use Microsoft office applications like PowerPoint and Word.
Ability to make decisions on matters involving immediate problem solving within his/her area of control.
Ability to simplified & standardize SOP from various departments.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Designs and administers training programs for Operations.
Facilitates various trainings of the company and complete various training tasks assigned by the company
Facilitates the organization of the entire training, communication between teaching and learning to ensure the smooth completion of the training
Continuously familiarizes self with J&T Express SOP and policies and implement changes.
Make suggestions to improve the company's training system and system, and set up a training database
Collect the opinions of the participants and promote the improvement and adjustment of the training work
